The Hong Kong, China Lacrosse Association is the governing body of the sport of Lacrosse in Hong Kong. Founded in 1993, the Lacrosse Federation is also a member of the World Lacrosse Federation, the Asia-Pacific Lacrosse Federation, and the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee Hong Kong, China (SF&OC).

The World Lacrosse 2024 Women’s U20 Championship will take place in Hong Kong, China from 15–24 August 2024. The tournament will be hosted by the Hong Kong, China Lacrosse Association with support from World Lacrosse as the top women’s programs compete at the junior-level world championship, which last took place in 2019 with over 20 teams.
This tournament attracted as many as 20 top teams, including host Hong Kong, the last host country Canada, and the last league host country the United States, bringing a total of 64 amazing matchups to the viewers.
