Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery (excluding public holidays)
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging and condition
  • You must email us first for approval before sending anything back

Email webmanager@pillarsports.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

🚫 Sorry, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

You can choose:

  • In-store drop-off at our Hong Kong office
  • By mail (return shipping costs are not covered)

Yes, a HK$100 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • You’ll be refunded in HKD to your original payment method

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items returned without prior approval

Can I return my order?

🚫 All sales to Singapore are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item was damaged in transit, we may accept a return only if you follow the proper protocol:

  • Email us at webmanager@pillarsports.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage and the packaging
