🇭🇰 Returns & Refunds – Hong Kong Customers
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Must be requested within 7 days of delivery (excluding public holidays)
- Product must be unused, in original packaging and condition
- You must email us first for approval before sending anything back
How do I get approval for a return?
Email webmanager@pillarsports.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Can I exchange my item?
🚫 Sorry, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
How can I return the item?
You can choose:
- In-store drop-off at our Hong Kong office
- By mail (return shipping costs are not covered)
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, a HK$100 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
How will I get my refund?
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- You’ll be refunded in HKD to your original payment method
What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products
- Items returned without prior approval

Can I return my order?
🚫 All sales to Singapore are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If your item was damaged in transit, we may accept a return only if you follow the proper protocol:
- Email us at webmanager@pillarsports.com within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage and the packaging
Our team will review your case and assist you accordingly.
