Exciting Collaboration: Pillar Sports Partners with Hong Kong Kin-Ball to Elevate the Game

Pillar Sports is thrilled to announce a new partnership with the Hong Kong Kin-Ball Association. The Hong Kong Kin-Ball Association was established in April 2015 and is now a member of the International Kin-Ball Sport Federation. This collaboration is all about supporting kin-ball players in Hong Kong with the best sports equipment, including our top-quality athletic tapes.

Kin-ball was introduced to Hong Kong in the early 2000s and quickly gained popularity due to its unique, team-based gameplay and emphasis on cooperation. The Hong Kong Kin-Ball Association (HKKA) was founded to promote the sport and organize competitions and training sessions.

What is Kin-Ball?

Kin-ball is a fast-paced, team-based sport gaining popularity in Hong Kong. The game involves three teams working together to score points using a giant ball. It’s a sport that requires teamwork, strategy, and agility.

The Hong Kong Kin-Ball team participated in the 2024 KIN-BALL® Sport World Cup & International Open, held in Osan, South Korea, from November 5-10. This event brought together international teams to compete at a high level, offering Hong Kong’s team valuable experience in global competition.

The association’s development goals:

❖ Improve the level of all aspects of the association to meet the requirements for applying for observer membership of the Hong Kong Sports Association and Olympic Committee;

❖ Successfully host the 2026 Asian Cup.
