Direction:
- Dispense 1-2 fingertips of cream for small areas and 3-4 fingertips for medium/large areas. Don’t use too much! A little goes along way.
- Spread the cream over the palms of your own hands then apply to the area to be treated initially with broad strokes. Perform your desired techniques, and reapply as required.
- At the conclusion of your treatment only a very thin film of cream should remain. Wipe the treated area with a towel.
