At Pillar Sports, we strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. (Public holidays do not count toward this period.)
• Product Condition: Only new, unused products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for returns.
• Photographic Evidence: Customers must submit a return request with photographic evidence to our team at psl@pillarsports.com before shipping the item back.

 

🚫 Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Methods

Customers can return items through the following options:

• In-store Drop-off: Returns can be made at our physical store.
• By Mail: Customers can return items via mail. Return shipping costs are not covered by Pillar Sports.

Restocking Fee

A fixed restocking fee of HK$100.00 will be applied to all returned items.

Refund Process

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in HKD to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items that do not meet our return eligibility.
• Any product returned without prior photographic approval from our team.
