What Shipping Methods Are Available?

If you are buying in Hong Kong your orders will be sent out via our local partners SF Express. A tracking number will be issued to you upon confirmation of your order.

International shipping is handled via UPS.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Pillar Sports ships internationally for our wholesale and partners. International shipping is not available for Retail customers at the present moment.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Hong Kong Local delivery via SF Express 1-2 Days after order confirmation.

International Shipping with wholesale / partners via UPS 7-10 days after order confirmation.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Pillar Sports accepts payments Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and G-Pay for our retail customers.

For our wholesale partners you are able to also pay via direct bank transfers or mailed / deposited cheque. This requires prior approval.

What are Pillar Sports Coins?

Earn discounts with our Pillar Sports Coins! With every purchase you make you will automatically be given Pillar Sports Coins that you can use to discount your future orders or you can save them! It is as simple as that, purchase, collect and save!

Pillar Sports Coin Balances can be checked in your account profile dashboard once you are logged in.

Note: To be able to collect, save and use Pillar Sports Coins you will need to have a registered account with us.

How do I place an Order?

Placing your order is easy and simple. Select the products you are interested in buying, add them to the cart and once you are finished > go into your cart and select checkout!

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel or change your order please email us with your order and confirmation number with what changes or cancellation that you need. Our team will do their best to change and accommodate your order.

Changes and cancellation needs to be sent within 24hrs of your order.

*If your order has issued a tracking # for delivery – cancellation is not possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not need an account to place an order but we encourage all our customers to make an account as you receive $100.00 Pillar Sports Coins when you join as well as accumulate Pillar Sports Coins with every purchase you make.

Pillar Sports coins can be used to redeem items or discounts on your next order!

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking information will be sent to your email after your order has been confirmed. If you have any issues with your delivery please contact us through our contact page with your order number and our team will resolve your issue.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you received the wrong product or have an issue with your order please let us know and our team will be able to facilitate your return if one of the following has occurred:

– Wrong Product Delivered.
– Damaged Product.
