Adhesive foam roll is used to cushion and protect sensitive or bruised body areas during training and competition. In contact sports like rugby, football, and martial arts, it is applied over areas such as the shoulder, hip, ribs, and knee to absorb impact. It can be used alone over clean skin or layered under rigid strapping tape for added position security.
Clean and dry the skin before application. Peel back the paper liner and press the adhesive foam roll firmly over the target area. Smooth from the centre outward to eliminate air pockets. For heavier-contact zones, stack two or more layers for increased thickness. Secure the edges with Rigid Tape or EAB tape if needed to prevent the foam from shifting during play.
