How to use:

1. Wash well after exercise and ensure skin is clean and dry before applying cream.
2. Apply cream generously to required areas and massage the cream in using firm but comfortable strokes. Continue until the cream has been absorbed.
3. Now that you’ve applied the cream focus on other recovery techniques such as optimising post-exercise nutrition and getting plenty of sleep.
