Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 10 pieces. That’s per product, so a 10-jersey order works fine, and you can add shorts, socks, or training tops alongside it. If your squad is smaller than that, tell us anyway and we’ll see what we can do.
How much does a custom rugby kit cost?
It depends on quantity, which products you need, and design complexity — bigger squads pay less per unit. Your quote covers materials, production, shipping, taxes, and duties in one figure, so nothing extra appears at delivery. Send us your squad size and we’ll come back with itemised pricing within 48–72 hours.
How long does it take?
Production runs 3–4 weeks from the moment you approve your design, depending on the products. Bulk delivery adds 5–10 business days. We recommend starting 8–12 weeks before your first fixture so you have buffer for design and any changes.
Can you match our exact club colours and crest?
Yes. Send us your badge files and colour references with your brief, and we’ll build them into your design. You see the full kit in your colours, with your crest and sponsors applied, before anything goes into production.
Do I need to design the kit myself?
No. Some suppliers hand you a design tool and leave you to it. We do the design work for you — you send us your colours, crest, and any sponsor logos, and we come back with a proof. Nothing is produced until you’ve signed it off.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. SF Express within Hong Kong, UPS internationally, with full tracking to your door. Shipping, taxes, and duties are included in your quote.
Can we reorder mid-season for new players?
Yes. Your design stays on file, so reorders skip the design stage entirely. If you’d rather members buy their own gear as they need it, we can build and run a club shop for you — we hold the stock, handle payment, ship, and manage customer service.
Do you make kit for sports other than rugby?
Yes — football, basketball, netball, cricket, and full school programmes. Mention your sport in the quote request and we’ll price it.

We’re the official apparel partner to the Philippine Rugby Football Union across all national programmes, and we supply clubs and schools across Asia, Europe, and the US. We’re also the tape partner to Lakapi Samoa and the Swiss Rugby Union.
